Ten new COVID-19 cases were detected overnight as 30 patients recovered.

Six of Malta's 293 active virus cases currently require hospital treatment. There were no virus patients in hospital's intensive treatment unit for a third successive day. 

A total of 827,961 vaccine doses have been administered so far, with 15,008 of those being booster shots.
