Malta international Teddy Teuma assisted one and scored two more as Reims beat Montpellier 3-1 away on Sunday.
It was just his third match since moving to the Ligue 1 club.
Teuma has wasted no time in finding his feet since making a €5 million move to Reims from Belgian side Union St Gilloise this summer, and proved his worth on Sunday with an impressive performance and two wonder goals against a Montpellier side that has now drawn their first, won their second, and lost their third match of the season.
It was like a chess game for the Malta midfielder, who delivered the first blow at the eight minute mark. A Teuma-delivered corner kick was targeted perfectly for Yunis Abdelhamid, who met the ball with a header to score the team's first and open proceedings.
Teuma would go on to find the back of the net himself twice in the remainder of the game: once from a free-kick and the other a screamer from distance.
