New graves at the Addolorata Cemetery are to be sold for €8,000, the Ministry of Health said. A notice has been published in the Government gazette.

Where promises of sale have already been signed, the price set there will be respected.

The cemetery is being extended by 2,880 new graves in a project which will also see extensive restoration works. Five applicants submitted bids for the project and their submissions are being evaluated.
