By now, one is all too familiar with his line of reasoning, so it would be superfluous to rebut his arguments. All I would like to add to my past contributions on this matter is that I cannot, for the life of me, fathom what makes him so convinced that there is an absolute need for air travel between two rocks five miles apart in the middle of a pond. Severe bouts of megalomania probably.
