‘The Theft of the Caravaggio’ to release across N. America
The film had its world premiere at the Mediterrane Film Festival last year
The Theft of the Caravaggio, the feature directorial debut from Maltese film-maker Joshua Cassar Gaspar, will be released across North America on Apple TV, Amazon and other major digital platforms following its acquisition by a US distributor.
The film, which had its world premiere in competition at the Mediterrane Film Festival last year, follows Orpheus, a cathedral caretaker who awakens to discover that a priceless Caravaggio masterpiece has vanished while under his watch.
