So the government, in its wisdom, has decided to rob the population of a few days' vacation each year. Indeed, next year four days will be lost. The reason? A requirement that we all work a little harder. However this, of course, will mean that there will be fewer jobs available for the unemployed, as more days are put in by the rest of us.

But don't worry, I am sure the working population may find an alternative solution to help those who do not have permanent employment. The government should take note of the current average number of "sick" days per year and make a comparison at the end of next year. Just maybe they will increase by a number between three and five?

People in charge will one day learn that things cannot be forced upon the populace - discussion and negotiation are the only way forward.
