A man and his son were yesterday charged with injuring another man who, in turn, was charged with injuring them.

George Galea, 60, of Marsa and his 32-year-old son George, of Tarxien, pleaded not guilty to slightly injuring Jonathan Azzopardi and causing Lm50 damage to his father's property on September 12, 2003. In the same arraignment, Azzopardi was charged with slightly injuring the Galeas.

Police Inspector Carlo Ellul prosecuted.

Dr José Herrera and Dr Roberto Montalto appeared for the defendants.
