Pressure group Reżistenza asked three questions amid a stunt involving a dummy of the Pilatus Bank boss outside the Financial Intelligence Analysis Unit.

The action came three days before the six month' anniversary of journalist Daphne Caruana Galizia's murder.

A dummy of arrested Pilatus Bank boss Ali Sadr Hashemi Nejad clad in a black and white prison suit was placed outside the offices. A notice saying "Għandi bżonn pjaċir" (I need a favour) was affixed to the door.

In its twitter feed, the organisation posed three questions to the authorities: "Why did FIAU Director Manfred Galdes resign after the Pilatus inspection? Was he allowed to do his job? Why did acting director Alfred Zammit send the September 26, 2016 letter to Pilatus? We want to know."

The chairman of Maltese-registered Pilatus Bank was arrested on US charges that he participated in a scheme to evade US sanctions and funnel more than $115 million paid under a Venezuelan construction contract through the US financial system.
