Two men and a woman, all Romanian, have been arrested in connection with police investigations of credit card fraud amounting to thousands of euro.

The police said the investigations were launched after reports of suspicious transactions in bank ATMs and shops.

Some 60 credit cards, a false passport, computers and equipment used to produce false credit cards were seized from a house in Msida.

The arrested persons are between 20 and 27 years old.
