Times of Malta details court testimony regarding a father who allegedly drugged his children’s fast food before launching a violent attack. CCTV footage showed him acting unusually at a fast food restaurant, a court heard. 

The newspaper also reports on Opposition leader Alex Borg’s criticism of the government’s light rail proposal, which he described as a "half-baked" plan that fails to meet the country's needs.
