The following are the top stories in Malta's newspapers on Wednesday.

The newspaper also reports that Dylan Caruana, the Fgura United captain injured in an on-pitch incident on Sunday, has been placed in an induced coma and remains in intensive care.

The Independent also reports that five bodies recovered at sea this year remain unidentified.
MaltaToday, meanwhile, reports that the Paola parish has appealed the refusal of a cafeteria within the Christ the King Basilica complex.
In-Nazzjon publishes comments by PN leader Alex Borg, who on Tuesday told parliament that children and families deserve a justice system that protects them.
L-Orizzont refers to comments by prime minister Robert Abela, who, also on Tuesday, said that Malta was a secure place and had the experience to turn an international challenge into an opportunity.
