Times of Malta's main story says that coffee was found in almost all seized heroin
in recent years as traffickers and dealers look for ways to boost profits. It also reports that a staggering €38.9 million in old Maltese lira banknotes, could go down the drain unless they are exchanged by January.

L-oriżżont says the beams for the Kappara flyover have arrived in Malta. It also reports that cancer medicine will be distributed for free by the government by 2019.

In-Nazzjon reports the despair of a young mother who is receiving drug treatment at San Blas after she was called to report at a police station with her young son. 

The Malta Independent quotes the Nationalist Party pledging free health care despite former minister Tonio Borg saying that some form of charges would have to be introduced in future.
