Times of Malta says Daphne Caruana Galizia was investigating Maltese links to a Libya-Italy diesel smuggling racket in the weeks leading to her death. In another story, the newspaper reports about the launch of a new national car-sharing system which encourages the Maltese public to ditch their car and rent instead.
