Reference is made to the letter titled 'Top-up cards' by Joe Aquilina-St John, (The Sunday Times, December 28).

All €10 top-up cards offered by Go Mobile have a 90-day, not a 30-day, time-window as stated by Mr Aquilina St John. Moreoever, time-windows are not cumulative but are tied to the relative top-up card being used. To give an example, a client who tops up with two €10 cards in succession on the same day, will get a time-window extended by 90 days not 180 days. The specific time-window for each top-up card denomination is explained on the company website, www.go.com.mt, within the topping up section. Go Mobile reminds all customers that queries are welcomed by our customer care department, which operates round the clock. Customers may call customer care on 146 for free from their Go Mobile connection.
