Striker Fernando Torres, who has been out injured since early April, trained for the first time yesterday with his Spain team-mates ahead of the World Cup finals.

Torres, 26, underwent knee surgery in April, but seemed to feel no pain in training at Spain's training camp north of Madrid.

The squad will fly to Innsbruck, Austria, today to play a warm-up game against Saudi Arabia.
