Surely Go could have provided a more decent and spacious billing office in Victoria to meet the needs of its Gozitan customers. Customers waiting to pay their bills have to spill onto the pavement outside the office, rain or shine.

This is due to the small floor space of the office in question. On a recent visit, a heavy downpour meant that most of the people outside got wet. We Gozitans are paying our bills to the company just like our Maltese counterparts and therefore we expect to be treated on an equal footing.

I thought that the phrase "second-class citizens" had gone into the history books. But I am now thinking otherwise!
