Two car drivers were slightly injured in a traffic accident in Qormi in the early hours of Friday.

A police spokesperson said the collision between a Ford Focus driven by a 22-year-old man from Santa Venera and a Ford Ka driven by a 73-year-old man from Żebbuġ happened at 12.45am on Mdina Road. 

The driver of the Ka had to be pulled out by Civil Protection Department officials.
