Curriculum has recently launched two French-language magazines aimed at enriching the learning experience of students in Malta: Bonġu and Les P’tits Explorateurs.
The relaunch of Bonġu marks a nostalgic return after more than 25 years. This magazine is tailored for students learning French from years 7 to 11, across all educational sectors. It offers engaging content that supports classroom learning while encouraging students to explore the French language and culture in a fun and accessible way.
Les P’tits Explorateurs, on the other hand, is a brand-new publication designed for younger learners or those who are about to choose a foreign language in secondary school. With its colourful layout and age-appropriate content, it aims to spark curiosity and interest in French from an early age.
Both magazines are available free of charge and can be downloaded online.
Each issue also comes with an answer booklet to support independent learning and classroom use. Teachers and students can simply scan a QR code provided by the Centre Franco-Maltais to download the magazines directly to their devices.
These initiatives reflect the Centre Franco-Maltais’ ongoing commitment to promoting French language and culture in Malta, while providing practical and enjoyable tools for students and educators alike.
