Two men from Gżira, aged 31 and 34, were grievously injured in an argument in the same locality.

The police said the men, Libyan nationals, were involved in an argument with an unidentified man, on Triq Sir Frederick C. Ponsonby at 10.30pm on Sunday.

Investigations by the Sliema police are ongoing.
