Four Maltese schools recently joined up to send 57 PE option students on the experience of a lifetime: a PE adventure course at Barton Hall in Devon, UK.

The trip was coordinated by the PE department of Margaret Mortimer Junior Lyceum, Sta Lucija. The other schools were Carlo Diacono Junior Lyceum, Zejtun, St Theresa Junior Lyceum, Mriehel and St Martin's College, Swatar.

The activities included rafting, climbing, zip wire, high ropes, survival skills, archery, trampolining, abseiling, aeroball and quad biking.

Th students were accompanied by their respective PE teachers.

The schools wish to thank General Soft Drinks Co. Ltd for sponsoring this initiative by donating Powerade sweatshirts to all the students who attended the course.
