Unanswered questions

My parliamentary questions on the following subjects have remained unanswered.

Why has PA 7245/05 - a petition by residents in the area against proposed plans for redevelopment in the neighbourhood of the Forum Hotel, St Andrews - remained ignored? Has their insistence that the site notice is republished in view of the significant changes to the proposed development been met?

Whatever happened to the formal objections of The Gardens, St Julians and Environs Group about the Pender Place project? Particularly if the request for setting up a monitoring station in The Gardens area has been met in view of the noxious emissions in the area? Have any tests been carried out to monitor the air quality during the Pender Place excavation phase?

Have any independent studies been carried out to establish if the proposed public car park in Pender Place will be a health hazards to the residents?

Since I have remained without a reply, perhaps, the competent authorities might be kind enough to reply through their respective communications officers.
