The Ilves School of Football recently participated with the under-12s team (children born 1992) in the fourth Amical International Tournament held in Sousse, Tunisia.

The tournament was held on a league basis between six teams and the Ilves team won all the five matches, beating ESS 5-2, HSJK and JSK 4-0, Floriana 1-0, and Sousse 7-4, winning the tournament. Goalkeeper Benji Zammit was chosen as the best goalkeeper of the category.

The Ilves School of Football is a one-year old school run by qualified coaches and PE teachers at the Qormi synthetic pitches on weekday afternoons.
