Is it fair for us, residents, mostly elderly, in Qui-Si-Sana, and in the surrounding area, to feel so "unjustly imprisoned" in our homes?

Practically all the parking spaces in the area are taken up by bank clerks, shop owners and their assistants, leaving no space for us.

We feel residents should be given preference. The streets in the area should be turned into one-hour parking zones, except for us residents.
