I read with great interest former Minister John Dalli's contribution in The Sunday Times last week. He let off quite a bit of steam and, in my view he made some salient points.
However I think one of his paragraphs was incomplete. That is where he wrote: "We tried and I believe we succeeded in pushing change, and at the same time, year after year, improving the quality of life of our population." He should have added, "and in the process we have run the nation bankrupt."
