Manchester United's Wayne Rooney (left) leads the way during a training spin with team-mates at the Aspire Academy for Sports Excellence in Doha, yesterday. The United squad is currently in sunny Qatar for a four-day training camp which could have taken place in Malta had the English champions not decided in favour the Arab emirate in the Middle East in the very last minute. Arctic weather conditions have played havoc with sporting schedules in Britain where several top-flight football matches had to be cancelled last week.
