I refer to the letter regarding the Dun Karm underpass at the Birkirkara bypass. (Passing The Buck, September 11).

The lights of the underpass are maintained by the ADT and not by Enemalta Corporation or the local council. Although this issue does not fall with the remit of Enemalta, we have contacted the correspondent about his complaint and provided him with the contact numbers where he could report such faults. We are confident that once the complaint is registered with ADT the matter will be resolved.
