Uovo di Seppia bistro opens at Sicilia Outlet Village
Two-Michelin-starred chef Pino Cuttaia presents carefully curated pantry flavours in exclusive setting
A bistro celebrating contemporary Sicilian cuisine and signed by two-Michelin-starred chef Pino Cuttaia opened at Sicilia Outlet Village on Friday.
Uovo di Seppia’s menu makes the most of a carefully curated pantry. “The cuisine of Uovo di Seppia is designed in harmony with the location. It is exclusive, accessible, quick and based on circularity,” Cuttaia said.
