Archbishop Charles Scicluna’s zucchetto was blown down the red carpet by a gust of wind yesterday as he waited to welcome the President of Germany in St George’s Square, Valletta, with Prime Minister Joseph Muscat (left), the Speaker Anġlu Farrugia (right), ministers and ambassadors. The skullcap was recovered by Social Policy Minister Michael Farrugia as other ministers looked on amused.
