In her address, chairperson Natalie Briffa Farrugia reflected on the group’s legacy and future.
“The Vassallo Group today is more than just a business; it is a family, a community and a force for positive change. Let us continue to build with purpose, to innovate with heart, and to ensure that our legacy stands strong for generations,” she said.
Briffa Farrugia highlighted the group’s strong performance across its diverse sectors, noting continued growth in care, property, hospitality, education and construction.
She emphasised that care remains the cornerstone of the group, with new initiatives reinforcing its commitment to dignity, respect and compassion.

Group subsidiaries reported positive momentum, with flagship projects such as Campus Hub setting new benchmarks, and education initiatives reaching important milestones.
Hospitality and property interests continue to perform strongly, while construction and energy ventures are preparing for ambitious new projects.
