The subscription rates of the Government Gazette have been revised with effect from January 1.

The new subscription rates of the gazette with supplement are Lm105 for 12 months, Lm79 for nine months, Lm53 for six months and Lm27 for three months.

The subscription rate without supplement is Lm74 for 12 months, Lm56 for nine months, Lm37 for six months and Lm19 for three months.

The price of issues purchased individually remains unchanged at 2c per page.

The Department of Information said the subscription fees were being revised due to the fact that on May 1 this year, the sale of the Government Gazette became liable to the payment of five per cent VAT, which had so far been absorbed by the government.

The public is reminded that an electronic version of each issue of the gazette is published on the website of the Department of Information on the same day and time of publication of the printed version.

The gazette's supplements, which include Acts of Parliament, Bills presented in Parliament and Legal Notices, are also published separately on the same website.

Additionally, e-mail users wishing to receive notices extracted from the Government Gazette regarding calls for applications for employment in the public sector, calls for public tenders and calls for scholarships, can send their request to doimail@gov.mt

These electronic services are free of charge.
