The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Libya, Mohamed Abdel Rahman Shalgam will be in Malta on an official visit tomorrow and on Thursday.

Mr Shalgam will hold talks with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Minister of Finance and the Minister for Home Affairs and the Environment, and will also call on the President, the prime minister and the leader of the opposition.
