Vodafone contract customers rewarded for receiving calls

Vodafone Malta Ltd's contract customers can now choose to benefit from discounts for the calls they receive. Contract customers who receive more calls than they make can choose to join the Incoming Calls Reward scheme, and receive Lm1 off their bill for every 60 minutes of local phone calls received on their mobile, every month.

With the introduction of this scheme Vodafone contract customers can choose the discount that better suits their needs, Vodafone said last week.

Vodafone's contract customers already benefit from the Outgoing Calls Discount scheme, which offers various discounts according to the number of calls they make. With the launch of Incoming Calls Reward scheme, customers who receive more calls than they make can switch from the Outgoing Calls Discount scheme.

Vodafone contract customers who wish to be enrolled in the scheme can fill in the Incoming Calls Reward scheme form, which has been sent to them by post and return it to any Vodafone Retail Outlet or fax it to 2149-2711. Contract customers will start benefiting from the Incoming Calls Reward scheme from the first day of the month following receipt of this confirmation.

"Vodafone is constantly looking for new ways with which to reward its customers," Michael Darmanin, Customer Value senior manager at Vodafone Malta, said. "Many contract customers receive more calls than they make and so, through the Incoming Calls Reward scheme, Vodafone is ensuring that these customers also benefit from the use of their mobile phone."

The Incoming Calls Reward scheme is free and applies to contract customers on Business and Personal Plans, as well as corporate customers.
