Maltacom could be congratulated for taking the bull by the horns and offering a competitive 1021 VOIP service. Well, they could be but, of course, that should only be if the service worked as well as the competition. I tried for 10 minutes to get through via 1021 to a London number the other day but the unobtainable tone was all I received. A quick call to One Voice, by no means the best VOIP service around, and I was through in seconds.

So Maltacom, get your act together and you will certainly have a successful service. It's easier and well priced but if it doesn't work then what are we supposed to do?
