A 50-year-old worker from Zebbuġ was seriously injured in a fall on Tuesday morning, the police said.

He was unloading material in a warehouse when the accident happened in John Testa Street, Qormi, at about 9.15am.

The worker fell some three metres. He was hospitalised.
