The Environment Health Directorate has warned against swimming at Tax-Xama and Tal-Għażżenin bays in St Paul's Bay because of a sewage overflow.

Signs indicating the affected areas have been fixed on site.

The authorities said that even though the official monitoring season for official bathing sites finished on October 22, the signs will be removed once quality is restored and the site is again fit for bathing.
