Zach Muscat, who has returned to the national team for the UEFA Nations League appointments, played full match for Pistoiese against Cuneo in the Serie C, last weekend.

Pistoiese grind out a point in a 0-0 draw with Muscat's side are now second bottom on 7 points but with a two games in hand. 

Malta international Nicole Sciberras featured in Grifone Gialloverde's large win over Potenza in their Serie C game.

Grifone, who emerged winners 14-0, are joint-leaders with Napoli at 12 points after four wins in as many games. 


Luke Gambin played 79 minutes in Crawley Town's 1-1 draw against Southend United in their FA Cup first round commitment, forcing a replay which the Maltese international will miss due to the fact that it will clash with Malta's UEFA Nations League game against the Faroe Islands, on Tuesday.

If the Reds overcome Southend, they will host League One outfit Barnsley in the second round. 

Meanwhile, Andrea Borg, who is currently on duty with the Malta U-21 national team, played the final half-hour in Kettering Town's 1-0 defeat at the hands of Stamford in the FA Trophy. 


Malta international Andre Schembri played 67 minutes in his side's UEFA Europa League game against Eintracht Frankfurt, last week.

The Germans sealed qualification with a 3-2 victory, leaving the Cyprus side bottom of the group with a sole point to show. 


Godwin McKay returned to the starting line-up for B.93 in their league commitment against Bronshoj.

Unfortunately, his side fell to a 3-1 loss against the second placed side. B.93 are 8th in the 12-team league on 23 points. 


Youth Beppe Mangion played between goal for Partick Thistle in their 1-0 defeat at the hands of Dundee United in their U-18 league commitment.
