Boca Juniors fans gave their side a huge send off as the team departed Buenos Aires ahead of this weekend's Copa Libertadores final second leg in Madrid.

The final - moved to Spain after the Boca bus was attacked on its way to River Plate's Estadio Monumental, leading to the game's postponement on successive days in November - takes place at the Santiago Bernabeu on Sunday evening.

The switch to Europe has caused controversy, with both clubs having expressed their displeasure with the move

River Plate labelled the decision "incomprehensible" and their coach, Marcelo Gallardo, has called it "a total disgrace" as well as saying the move is "robbing fans".

With away fans banned in Argentina however, Boca Juniors fans wouldn't have been in attendance at the Monumenal.
