Blogger and columnist Manuel Delia fields questions over his transition from senior government official to civil society activist in Wednesday's edition of Times Talk.

Mr Delia, a former head of secretariat in Austin Gatt's ministry, is seen by some as filling the void left in the blogging scene since the assassination of Daphne Caruana Galizia. 

In this interview, the controversial figure touches upon the Arriva debacle and its effect on his political career, talks about his admiration for Ms Caruana Galizia and says what he thinks the future holds for him.
