Thousands of people once again turned up just after midnight on Friday to walk from Mellieħa to Senglea to raise money for Puttinu Cares.

The Good Friday walk has been organised for several years and continues to attract more and more people.

Puttinu Cares uses the money to help provide accommodation in London for patients who require medical care there.

This night walk started by Joseph Vella from Mellieħa and his son-in-law Glenn, but year after year the number of people joining this night walk has increased exponentially.

Tonight's edition of TV show Xarabank will raise money in aid of Puttinu Cares.
