San Ġiljan player who got a 12-match ban in 2024 for a similar incident gets slapped with fine

A San Ġiljan player has had a three-match ban for biting a Neptunes player's finger converted into a €725 fine.

Ben Plumpton attacked Neptunes player Sam Gialanze's finger during last Wednesday’s President’s Cup clash.

This was not the first time that Plumpton was involved in a similar incident, as in July 2024, he was handed a 12-match ban for biting two Sliema players.
