Appointment of Adrian Mallia as Of Counsel
WH Partners has announced the appointment of Adrian Mallia as Of Counsel, effective July 7, 2025.
Dr Mallia brings over 23 years of experience, advising clients on public procurement, aviation law, asset financing, dispute resolution, and M&A. Dr Mallia has handled significant tendering and procurement cases, including multi-million-euro litigation, supported public authorities in procurement processes, and regularly assists airlines with AOCs, aircraft registration, and financing transactions. Dr Mallia also maintains an active litigation practice before Malta’s administrative tribunals and Superior Courts.
