Any event held by University entities on campus must have permission from this office, which also arranges any security required for such events.
It is also responsible for providing directional signage. This year, a number of multilingual signs were installed around the campus in collaboration with University Students' Council. Parking arrangements is another of the office's responsibilities, and it issues permits for parking on campus by academic and administrative staff as well as any visitors.
