What to do

I refer to the letter by Michele Distefano Vella who commented that when browsing through www.visitmalta.com in search of activities to pursue with her children on a rainy day, she found herself at a loss and recommended that a specific category be catered for in the website.

While appreciating Ms Distefano Vella's positive comments on the site in other parts of her letter and sympathising with her predicament on a rainy Saturday, I would like to point out that on the left-hand side menu of the What to do page on this website, there is a section called "For Kids" which lists attractions suitable for children.

The interactive map of Malta on the site itself also has a section entitled "For Kids". Moreover, by accessing the What to See menu, one comes across categories such as "Museums for Kids" and "Activity and Fun" attractions. A search on the site's search engine would also do the trick.

Visitmalta.com covers a vast array of activities which visitors to Malta can indulge in while on the islands, with indoor options as well. We prefer to call the relevant section "What to do". Ms Distefano Vella will probably find all those activities which she would like us to categorise as "What to do when it rains" in this section.

Naturally, we are always seeking to improve the service we offer through visitmalta.com to travellers, including those who visit with their families.
