England flyhalf Jonny Wilkinson has been included in the British and Irish Lions team to play Argentina at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff next Monday.
The game, a warmup for the tour of New Zealand, will be the first international for Wilkinson since he dropped the winning goal in the 2003 World Cup final.
Wilkinson, a Lions tourist in Australia four years ago, will be partnered at halfback by Gareth Cooper, who with winger Shane Williams and number eight Michael Owen is one of only three players from the grand slam champions Wales in the 22. Owen will skipper what looks like a second-string side in the absence of tour captain Brian O'Driscoll of Ireland.
The Lions play Bay of Plenty on June 4 in their first match of the tour of New Zealand, which includes three tests against the All Blacks.
