President Eddie Fenech Adami yesterday launched Delicata's three-day Classic Wine Festival at the panoramic Upper Barrakka Gardens, in Valletta.

The festival coincides with the start of the grape harvest, the first one in Europe thanks to Malta's warm weather.

Also today and tomorrow, visitors are being entertained to live music, food from all around the world and varieties of Delicata wines.

Paul Abela with his band played the night away to the delight of everyone present yesterday.
