A group of 30 Ventures and Rovers experienced a weekend of adventure and friendship during a winter camp in Dwejra recently.

During the three-day gathering the scouts took part in various activities including abseiling, hikes, games and some even tried to show off their singing abilities.

New Ventures were lectured on how to pack a rucksack for expeditions and take care of expensive equipment, how to chop wood and prepare a camp fire.

Regardless of the bad weather, spirits were high.
