Woman falls two storeys out of window in Birżebbuġa

She suffered serious injuries

A woman suffered serious injuries after falling out of a window in Birżebbuġa.

The police said the woman, 53, fell two storeys out of the window of a private residence on Triq il-Qajjenza at around 7.45am.

Civil Protection Department officers and a medical team assisted the woman on site.

She was rushed to Mater Dei Hospital. 

Police investigations are ongoing.
