Woman grievously injured in Birkirkara traffic accident

She was hit by a car on Naxxar Road

A 54-year-old woman from Balzan was grievously injured when hit by a car on Triq in-Naxxar in Birkirkara on Monday morning.

The police said the accident was reported at 8.15am.

The woman was hit by a Toyota Passo driven by a 68-year-old man from Santa Venera. 

Police investigations are ongoing.
