Are you a training provider? Are you an individual searching for further personal development? Then take a look at the FHRD's on-line Calendar of Training Events, which is organised, collated and produced on a quarterly basis.

The aim of the Calendar of Training Events is to disseminate to the general community information about training courses, workshops, seminars and activities, training providers and training best practice.

The Calendar of Training Events has proved very popular for training providers to expose their training courses on the online Training Calendar of Events, which was set up in February 2004. This has proved to be a valuable medium, both for the training provider and for those seeking training events.

Training providers can advertise any number of courses and these are grouped under different categories to make it easier for individuals who are interested in following one of the advertised courses. Although this is still a relatively new service, this site is currently attracting an average of 1,200 'hits' per week.

If you are searching for courses, accessing the FHRD's online calendar is easy. Go directly to www.trainingmalta.org or access the site through links on the FHRD Website, www.fhrd.org.

The user will then be presented with the different categories of the calendar: Management, Information Technology, Sales and Marketing, Further Education, Skills Development, Miscellaneous, Seminars and Conferences.

All courses are listed by category. The user then clicks on the respective category and the name, date, duration of course as well as the name of the training provider of the respective training course will appear on the screen.

A brief of each course will be provided once the user clicks on the training course of his choice. By clicking the training provider's company logo, a link to the training organisation will be established.
