Yellow Pages (Malta) Ltd recently acquired leading website development company Zheta Ltd - now renamed Zheta International Ltd.
While Yellow Pages (Malta) Ltd is buying out Zheta Ltd, Zheta's original owner and originator, Jason Mallia, will be retaining a lead managerial role within the company's structure.
Mr Mallia said Zheta will be providing greater support to customers, enabling the company to fully develop its creative expertise and expand its client base.
Since its set-up in 2002, the web development company had forged a unique and creative niche for itself, servicing both the local market as well as operating in the Netherlands and Germany.
Niki Soler, Yellow Pages' managing director, says, "We were attracted to this company because for Zheta, image is paramount.
It has proved itself through its ability to create tailor-made concepts, thanks also to extremely careful website research.
Moreover, it boasts impressive client portfolios and has received a number of important awards over the years."
Mr Soler went on to say this move has been a major step forward for the company and will help consolidate the website product development, which Yellow Pages (Malta) Ltd is offering companies advertising on the directory.
Yellow Pages (Malta) Ltd is a subsidiary of Ark Publishing Group.
It has been publishing the Yellow Pages since 1997 and each year distributes 200,000 directories for free. For more information, call 2125 2252 or visit www.yellowpages.com.mt.
